At DCFNE, I feel heard. If I have an issue or suggestion, Management listens and takes what I have to say into consideration. This org is more team based, not "top-down."

I love being able to impact the outcome in our patients' lives post-violence. I speak with so many patients on the phone who are so grateful for our support during such a hard time.
